Our coaching methodology
Technical. Tactical. Physical. Mental. The four building blocks of every coaching program.
We focus on all parts of the game...and we focus on the athlete. Everyone is different. Good coaches understand that. The same way they understand instinctively what's needed to accelerate improvement. We're lucky enough to have athletes , former athletes and leading professional coaches working with us on Nike Sports Camps. They know what's needed and just as importantly - they know how to explain it to young athletes
Over the years, we have developed our coaching curriculum with the support of our brand partners and industry professionals in both coaching and sports science. The coaching on our camps is designed to enable skill development in a fun and engaging context that constantly challenges and motivates players of all abilities.
We help players develop the courage and confidence to express their full potential during games and matches, as well as to understand and learn from their mistakes in a positive environment. We want every player to experience what it is like to live and train like a professional and achieve this through coaching sessions that have been derived from elite clubs. Our professional experience includes seminars and workshops that centre on important aspects of the game such as tactics, match analysis and nutrition. Every player engages in a 1-to-1 meeting with their coach, who creates a development plan for them to take home. This enables them to continue developing the skills they have learnt during their time with us.
Meet Our Coaches
All our coaches have relevant coaching qualifications and experience, but most importantly they all share our passion for child development. This means they not only deliver coaching of the highest standard, but are also involved in all aspects of camp life, providing a rich and holistic camp experience for our players. Each camp has a Head Coach with advanced coaching qualifications in their field, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in teaching and coaching junior players.
